Which files work best?

Clear audio gives the best transcription quality. Android supports larger audio and video files. Web works best with audio under 20 MB.

Why did my upload fail?

Check your connection, file size, format, and available device storage. If it still fails, send support the file type, file size, and where it stopped.

How do credits work?

Credits are used when Notovo runs AI actions such as transcription, translation, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and chat.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open Profile, then Subscription. You can review plan details, credit balance, renewal status, and cancellation options.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Use the account controls in the app or contact support from the same account email so we can verify the request.
