How do I get started with Notovo?

Sign up at notovoai.com or download the Android app. Upload an audio, video, or PDF file — or record a voice note — and Notovo will generate a transcript, summary, and study material automatically.

What file formats are supported?

Audio (MP3, M4A, WAV), video (MP4, MOV), PDFs, slides, and scanned images.

How do credits work?

AI features (transcription, translation, summary, mind map, etc.) consume credits. Free users get a small monthly allowance; Plus, Pro and Max plans include 1,200, 2,500 or 5,500 credits per month. The exact cost per feature is shown inside the app before you spend.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your notes are never used to train external AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the app → Profile → Subscription, or cancel directly from your Google Play / App Store subscriptions list.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Profile → Account → Delete account. We will permanently delete your library and personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You can also email [email protected].
