What counts as a credit?
Credits are consumed when Notovo runs an AI action — transcription, summarization, mind maps, flashcards, quizzes, chat replies, translation. Static features like reading your notes or playing recordings are free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. While your subscription is active, unused monthly credits roll into the next month so a quiet month is never wasted. If you cancel, subscription credits expire but any top-up credits remain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Profile → Subscription in the app and cancel in one tap. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How is mobile billing handled?
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Android purchases use Google Play. iOS purchases use the App Store. Switching between providers is supported with automatic refunds when we detect a cross-provider conflict.
